If you own an Instant Pot, these accessories will help you get the most from it. I’ve included six affordable, time-saving items that I personally use — practical tools that make cooking, reheating, and multi-step recipes easier.
1. ekovana Stackable Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker Steamer Insert Pans

These two-tier stackable pans let you cook multiple foods at once. They’re great for steaming vegetables, fish, or meat, and they double as pans for desserts like cheesecakes or layered dishes like lasagna. They’re also handy for reheating. Fits 5, 6 and 8 quart Instant Pots.
2. Instant Pot Stainless Steel Inner Cooking Pot

A second stainless steel inner pot is invaluable when a recipe requires using the Instant Pot twice — for example when you need to cook one component, remove it, and then cook another without waiting for the original pot to cool and washing it in between. Having a spare pot saves time and reduces dishes.
3. Instant Pot Silicone Lid

A silicone lid creates an airtight, spill-proof seal on the stainless steel inner pot, turning it into a large storage container. Instead of transferring leftovers to plastic containers, just cover the pot. Reheating is simple: remove the lid, place the inner pot back in the Instant Pot, and use the Keep Warm or Steam setting.
4. Silicone Sealing Rings (2-pack color set)

These come as a two-color pack so you can dedicate one ring to savory dishes and the other to sweet dishes. Using separate rings prevents lingering flavors (like meat or garlic) from transferring to desserts such as cheesecakes.
5. Glass Lid

A tempered glass lid is useful when using the Instant Pot as a slow cooker, for warming, or for recipes where you want to monitor progress without removing the lid. The clear view makes it easy to check food during simmering or steaming.
6. Springform Pan

A 6-inch springform pan fits a 3-quart Instant Pot; 7- and 8-inch sizes work in larger pots. Springform pans are ideal for cheesecakes, brownies, and layered dishes like lasagna made in the Instant Pot.
