The Coziest Charcuterie Board

This Fall Signature Board combines warm, melty baked brie tucked into a mini pumpkin with seasonal fruits, dried apples and apricots, rich cheeses, savory meats, toasted seeds and sweet treats. It’s an ideal spread for casual get-togethers or a fuller holiday gathering—a visually inviting, easy-to-graze board that’s flavorful without being overly filling.

Perfect for Thanksgiving

The pre-dinner hours at my house are always snacky, and this board answers that craving with a mix of small plates guests can nibble on while you finish holiday preparations. The showstopper is the Pumpkin Baked Brie—mild, gooey brie flavored with maple, pecans and rosemary and baked inside a small pumpkin for an autumnal presentation. If you’ve tried other baked brie variations like Pecan Pie Baked Brie or Baked Brie with Fig Jam, you know how well these warm, shareable dips perform with guests.

The Original Signature Board

My Signature Board was designed to make building a beautiful cheese and charcuterie spread simple and fun. The engraved guide on the board shows you where to place cheeses, bowls and accompaniments so the finished board looks intentional and balanced. Use the engraved side to follow the layout for this Fall board or flip it and serve any other spread you like. The board is versatile for classics, holiday themes and seasonal variations.

Make it Fun!

Building a charcuterie board should feel playful. Follow the guide or customize the ingredients based on what you have on hand. Substitutions are fine—use your favorite local finds or pantry staples. I typically shop at Trader Joe’s and Target for many of these items, but you’ll find suitable options at most grocery stores.
