How to Make a Snowman Veggie Tray

Step 1: Prep the vegetables. Wash everything, cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets, slice the olives, and choose a carrot piece for the nose.

Step 2: Place the dip. Put a small bowl of dip in the center of your platter. Arrange three olive slices down the front of the bowl to mimic the snowman’s buttons.

Step 3: Form the body and head. Make a large circle of cauliflower florets at the bottom of the platter for the body and a smaller circle above it for the head.

Step 5: Finish the face. Use olive slices for eyes and the chosen carrot piece for the nose. Once the arrangement looks right, cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time.
